I had the Trial version on my computer and I actually did a project that turned out great......first time even trying to do mouth animation.  Instructions and step by step were really good and it was a rewarding experience.

Then I tried to save it.

Reallusion system insisted, "You want to save your project and make the Crazy Talk logo that were have plastered all over your project go away?  PAY US 24.50 or you can't save your project."

People are using Crazy Talk for free.........but I am desperately up against a deadline of Tuesday morning, 5/20/2020.  So, EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE ARE USING CRAZY TALK FOR FREE, because I am desperate.....I send you the 24.50.  What choice do I have?

Many emails later, I am told by your ":help" people to uninstall the free program so the program I paid 24.50 for - while other people use it for free- can be installed.

Somehow I figured out how to uninstall.

Somehow I actually got the 24.50 program to almost install........but not with the help that you sent me.  Not with your help at all.  You sent me some crowd sourced instructions that were rated a "1" as for usefulness.  A "1" you send me instead of trying to help me individually.

I am now at the point where the 24.50 program wants to install, but needs a serial number.  WTF?  Where am I supposed to get the serial number?  From God?

Hours and hours I am spending on this exercise to get Crazy Talk going.  

I am so desperate, so emotionally spent, and so painfully frustrated.

Please help me.  Please help me.  Please help me.

All trial versions work 30 days. You cannot save a project with the trial versions  (btw with Watermark) !!

Nobody can work with Crazy Tak for nothing (unless they use a pirated copy). How do you get this nonsense ???? The standard version costs $ 49, the pro version $ 99, the pipeline version 129. You can get it now with the Corona bonus for half the price.

If you bought the program you will get an invoice.

I went somewhere, some HUB I think, and clicked on something that looked like it would install the Crazy Talk program.  Lots of lengthy loading happened after that and then finally I got to the FINISH box and it asked me for a serial number.  Now that yoiu have given me where to get the serial number...............................how do I get back to the FINISH  box so I can give it the serial number?  Install everything all over again?

I am finding no invoice.  I see an order number on .....an order I guess.  I put that in, but the system said it doesn't like it as a serial number.

I have desperate requests in to customer support for the serial number, but zero response yet on serial number.

I did click on it.  It did open up.  There was a box to put the serial number into.  I don't have a serial number.  I did put my order number into the reg. box, but that didn't accomplish anything.

I have several requests in for my serial number, but Cust Service is up to 3 days..........and they despise me at this point because I have sent them so many notes begging for help.

There should be an email that you got your invoice to. It should clearly state what your serial number is. If you can’t find that, you should be able to register an account on the reallusion website. If you use the same email, your account should be linked. Under your account there is a link for registration you should be able to find your serial number. Just click the link for CT Animator.
