This can be done in Crazytalk 6 Pro (not Standard) by using the SFX Swap track of the Timeline. You will need to first create a background mask for your characters(s) as described HERE.

For example:

Double click on the SFX Swap track of the Timeline at the desired frame.

The Special Effects panel will open.

Select an effect such as Image Overlay - Full Screen (from dropdown) - A_Full

Then switch to Modify and select Image Import. Choose your desired background.

On the SFX Swap track drag the newly added background effect to the desired length.

Now repeat the above to add further backgrounds along the timeline at the required frames.

You can find out in detail how to use the SFX tracks in the Help Guide HERE.

I have the same interest. I am trying to add a story time to our website with animated readers and changing background scenes. I am using 6.13 standard. Any help/info will be appreciated.

Thanks.

This is in relation to my previous post, but figured I'd break it out!

Is it possible to create one CrazyTalk project with multiple background images? So basically, the character would remain static (well, he would be animated, of course!) but the background would change depending on what he's discussing?

Thanks in advance,

Christina
