As I usually buy stuff shortly after it comes out, the latest 4 in 1 deal, that was offered at $79.99 if you already owned 2 of the 4 items, would have been sweet.  As it was, I was only missing the 9 - G2 Human base characters.  So, I had to choose between ordering the 4 in 1 for $79.99 plus shipping to Canada  OR  Just download the $99.99 version, have no shipping and utilize thte 10% discount for doing the survey.  I opted to buy the download, as it worked out slightly cheaper.

So - had I held off buying an item early on, I could have gotten two for $79.99.  And, to add insult to injury, the download for the G2 9 Human Base characters now goes on sale for $20.00 less, just a week or two after I bought it.  I hadn't even done anything with them yet.

It seems it doesn't pay to buy things when they first come out.  The early supporters don't seem to get the same deals.:crying:

Sadly whenever any company decides to lower a price or make a special offer available there is always someone who will have purchased just the day before, or the day before that. It happens everywhere and I think everyone gets caught out at some point or other. I know I have many times.

There isn't much that can be done to avoid some people being disappointed. I'm sorry that in this case you were one of the unlucky ones. :unsure:
