I'm making new report in which revised set up process for the LiveAnimation is recorded. (URL)
The Liveanimation was installed to the new Windows 7 Pro Machine.
Please confirm it if you have not resolved your trouble yet.
(I must go out of town for next few days.)

Please confirm  your LA version.
The version 4.63 shows "Jewel.sla'' (864KB) in the Scene folder.

What about Avatars？ Please try dragging one of them into the screen.　

Please also indicate your PC Version and graphic environment.

Unfortunately, my PC has been down and only running under safe mode, can not open LA now.

dear hiro, my scene folder empty . this is normal .

I install these programs :

Microsoft.Xna.Framework.dll (657KB)
Microsoft.Xna.FrameworkGraphics.dll (417KB)

I was very sorry for not mentioning the need of following items which must be installed for Liveanimation to work.
・Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0
・Microsoft .NET Framework 4

Please confirm this page, scroll down and you'll find the necessary information.

According to my past data stock drive, when 'Microsoft XNA framework' was downloaded, 'xnafx40_redist' (6,889KB)  Windows installer was found in the folder.

In my LiveAnimation program file, two dlls are shown in the 'System' folder:
 Microsoft.Xna.Framework.dll (657KB)
 Microsoft.Xna.FrameworkGraphics.dll (417KB)

Please indicate your situation for further investigation.

I don't know whether it moves besides the Japanese-language environment.

Dear hiro, live animation did not work on my PC, "Object not found" error gives ?

I use "Clip Studio Action" for VMD-> BVH.
I heard that "Blender/Cinema4D/Unity" was effective for FBX(with Motion).
