This might be the most stupid question ever, but, "Did you pre-order it?" If so, and you're getting the error, then I guess the next step is to contact support as instructed. Sorry, but that's all I've got.

this is the message that appears when I follow the instructionsIf you are certain you pre-ordered iClone 6 or was eligible for a free copy, then please contact Support. They will be able to help you out. If you just want to upgrade from iClone 5 to iClone 6 then you can do so from within your Member Account. Just login and select "Upgrade & Member Special" to find your discount price.

Thanks for return Justaviking and Peter , this is my first post on the forum and how they should have realized my English is péssimo.Enfim , bought yesterday Iclone6 and the two plugins, as I enter the RL says that I am a "premium member plus" .Consegui download all parts the iclone 6 normally, but the problem is when I try to get the serial number , which appears eg when this error. Am I doing something wrong ? Note : I speak of Brazil , sorry for bad english , I hope the translator google is doing a good job . grateful:P

* Just moved this question to this thread as it seemed a better fit.
I cannot get me serial no either. I do have a pre-order. When I go into my orders I can access the iclone 6 download, resource and outfit packs.
When I click the 'get your serial no' link I get the message "We are sorry that you are not qualified for this event."
Not sure what I am doing wrong here...

I pre-ordered iClone 6 Pro with Indigo, but all I see is a download link for iClone. Is Indigo included in the package?

Chiming in, I also received the IClone portion with no mention of Indigo in the download section. However, my notice in my account page notifies me that I qualify for IClone Pro + Indigo. Not sure how to get Indigo, is it released yet?

I can't seem to activate 6, I've registered it but it's still only opening up in Trial. Am I missing something?

Afaik if you have previously installed the trial version you need to uninstall the trial version first and than install the full version provided in your account. Then it should work out for you.
