I thought this might be helpful regarding MakeHuman
Basically, you create your character in MakeHuman, then put the bones in it using Blender ... Then you should be able to import the character w/ bones (rig) into iclone

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3SdEt5hDWI:)Yeah, I was messing with it today and when trying to import through 3DXchange, it would be nice to be able to export in a T-Pose as the way it is now, as soon as you try a motion on the character, her arms immediately go through here body to her back side. Does anybody know if this will work without Blender using 3DXchange and mod the pose and make it work? Thanks, theschemer

I figured it out. Yes you can open them up in 3DXchange and make the adjustments. Just gotta hit all the right buttons. :D theschemer

Makehuman is pretty cool. Go to the Posee/Animate tab, and select the skeleton sub tab. Select the HumanIK skeleton. Now export as FBX. 3Dxchange has a HumanIK preset already, so characterization is crazy simple.

The initial pose just needs some fine tuning, but that is pretty simple too once you figure it out. ;) So after I get the pose set I should save the settings as a file for reuse and make my job easier right? Never made any of those yet. Any tips or tricks on the starting T-Pose? Thanks, theschemer
