On Monday, I purchased Iclone Studio for my sister as a gift.  So I entered all her information as far as delivery, but my information as far as payment.

How can I followup on when this will be shipped?  It was the shipped version.  She got an email that it was being sent to the distribution centre.  When she follows the link to check on status, it says there are no orders.  Where is the distribution centre, and how long after purchase is it usually before stuff ships.

So the shipping time should depend on the distance.
