I really like the idea of these! Dumb question: can you attach things to individual's hands/heads, etc? I can imagine it might be fun to make a few wear hats, or have a bunch of them carrying flaming torches, etc.

Yes... you can use the attach dialog to drill down to the limb of choice if you wanted to attach something to it.

Have you thought to do concert crowds...
Many with waving arms, and some movements up and down and sideways.
If you go to classical concert everyone is sitting down. Maybe small park gatherings would be solemn like this.
Watch Paladia on cable tv, watch the grammy's etc. The crowds are waving raised arms and moving their arms side to side and such.
