I purchased the Essentials Content Library-5 pack and then did the same 5pack with the Expansion 2 (Daily Motions) and Expansion 5 (materials). Now when I go to the purchase history for these 2 expansions, it has an active bonus, and when I click the bonus, it shows all of Expansion 3 (G3 characters) available as an individual download and I can download them, but if I try to install them each installer seems to work fine until the end and an error message from the program with give a long number with a message that the "iClone and content pack do not match" and it aborts.

I am suppose to get this bonus or is it a program glitch?
