You might see bits of this in the upcoming trailer I'm working on.

The intent is for this series of shots to actually be broken up during a Viper prep/launch montage stock shot for my Galactica project. This is not all intended to be taken in at once....and a couple of the shots you might see in my upcoming trailer.

The music I slapped together in Magix Music Maker 16 Premium. Some parts of the composition I step recorded myself, others are built in samples in the program that I slapped together to make something go. My real intent is to get that Roland Fantom X6 I spoke of in another thread. Then I can really get down to some music making. :)

The sound FX are a mix of original Galactica sound FX and real-world aircraft, with just a tiny bit of one of my favorite Saturday morning 70's sound FX, an engine firing up, like what one might hear in Jason of Star Command. I think when you hear how the SFX blend together, you'll like the turnout. :)

Yeah, there are a couple of visual glitches in the video....but, those will be corrected in the final product.

I hope you like this, as further evidence that YES I am working toward a Galactica video effort....even if it's just a YouTube web series. :)

To make the launch bay look bigger than it actually was, I simply made a video plane that reproduced the foreground image, and delayed it so that it looked like four Vipers loading in-line into the launch tubes. It's an old school trick they used on the classic series, except that they didn't have a moving matte image to do that with. It was a static matte to make the launch bay look more vast.
