I know somewhere there is a tutorial to put an upper body motion file onto lower body motions - either that or I've dreamt it (which is quite possible) but I can't find it.

Does anyone know where that is at?  Or is this not possible?  (I want to take a motion file and combine the upper body motions with lower body motions from another file).

Edit: Nevermind - found it myself (sigh - I really need to learn to search more before I post here).  Motion Puppet will do what I want (which is just to add some standing idle motions to upper body capture).
