No, your updated file doesn't work. Something is corrupted in the files I used since I installed your plugin. Looks like I'll have to rework those files. Sigh. I wish I knew if somebody else of your customers had a similar problem.

Sorry that I cannot help any further than I have. I've tested the file in both iclone 7 and 8 and there are no issues, and no issues in CC4 either. I haven't had any feedback from other customers, so I cannot understand what the issue can be, apart from as I suggest earlier that the Substance engine in ticlone and CC4 might have got corrupted somehow. Its just a guess, but I'm testing several different substance plugins every day and so far the issue hasn't arisen. argus1000 (8/29/2024)

I've been testing the results on several characters in iClone 8 and so far there have been no negative issues.

No. My substances are separate from any of the Reallusion substance tools and can only be applied in iclone. However if the character that has my substance applied to it is required to go back into CC3/4 the applied substances must be baked first and that means diffuse, normal, roughness and height channels (they are done individually) in iclone.
