I’m currently facing a challenge in Character Creator 4 and would appreciate any guidance you can provide. I’m attempting to use a head mesh from the 3D Scan Store to create a head morph that closely resembles a MetaHuman identity mesh. The ultimate goal is to utilize this morph for a full-body MetaHuman.
Here’s the process I’ve tried so far: I exported the head mesh from CC4 and used FaceForm Wrap for wrapping. However, when I attempted to create the morph, I encountered an issue where it required an OBJ key. Additionally, exporting a full-body mesh with an OBJ key resulted in an error in FaceForm Wrap stating the “floating geometry contains disconnected polygons, should be one.”
I have also explored using Headshot 2, but the results don't perfectly match the MetaHuman Identity head mesh. I was hoping that FaceForm Wrap could be used to better achieve this alignment.
If anyone has experience with these tools or has navigated similar challenges, your insights would be incredibly helpful. Any suggestions on how to resolve these issues or improve my workflow would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
1, When exporting from CC4 as .obj the OBJ key file will be saved with the ,obj. So the OBJ Key is at the same location.
2. When exporting for Faceform
WRAP delete everything you don't need. Eye Occlusion a.s.o.
3. CC4 models are exported with mouth bag and eyelashes which you have to delete with the nodes in the picture ( the eyelashes are the floating geometry )
CC to MH

MH to CC :
Here you have to select the CC eyelashes and Subset them ( subset is hiding the mesh for
wrapping ) and after
wrapping you have to add Lattice to get back the eyelashes when exporting.
When creating a morph in CC4 the lashes have to be involved.
