Alright, so I got the new Hub, first thing I get after installing CC4 from it, is a Trojan.Win32.Generic detection apparently within a "setup.exe" file which is located at \appdata\local\temp\, guess it's a false positive...

Then, when trying to install the Smart Gallery plugin it says it's not compatible with this new Hub version, is the smart gallery integrated within the CC4 and iClone 8 GUI now? I just installed everything after a few months break.

Unfortunately false positives do occur with anti-virus software and this is clearly the case here. Provided you got the installers from either the Reallusion Hub or your Reallusion Account > Registration page then you have nothing to worry about and it is safe to install your software.

Regarding Smart Gallery, this has now been integrated into Content Manager in iClone 8, CC4 and CTA5 and is no longer a separate plug-in. So once you have installed CC4 you will find the features of Smart Gallery are available to you in Content Manager without needing to install anything else.

I recently got a new Mac computer and am trying to download my cartoon animator 4 software onto it. However, I'm asked to install Reallusion Hub first, and the hub is now available only for windows. How do I download the software?

Please find the download link for the older Mac supported version on the FAQ page below.
