Okay, so I bought this thing (including the French add on) and here's my review (note: I am NOT trying to be mean here. But I have a few thousand followers who have been begging me to review this and I just can't wait any longer. The TL:DR - don't buy).

We're terribly sorry that BuildingGen did not meet your expectations. Regarding the feature design, our product team will discuss it. Here, I would like to first address the crash issue when pressing "Optimize". Could you please provide the files so we can clarify the issue?
The steps are as follows:
1. At 3:44 in your video, please press the "Archive" button to package it.
2. Send us the output Media and Prop folders and files. Please refer to the attached picture.
You can use cloud services like Google Drive to provide these files to us, and place the link in your comment. Thank you very much.
