Hi everyone.
I want to publish videos on Youtube, and I want to purchase some contents and characters from reallusion marketplace. Do I need to buy an extended license for each character that I'm going to use in my videos? or an standard license is enough?
And if one of my videos receives a Copyright claim, How can I prove that I have purchased a license for the content I have used?

Hi...

No you don't need an Extended License for video use. If you want to purchase content from the Content Stores then you only need the Standard License.

Any content you do purchase will show the license type in your invoice email.

@ali.azmoude
I have never heard of a YouTube copyright claim in terms of 3D assets, only with regard to music or video footage.

I am an indie game developer, and the purpose of purchasing CC4 is also to make my indie games, so I attach great importance to this aspect.
I am preparing to purchase Character Creator 4 & iClone8. Will I automatically have a standard license as long as I purchase it? In other words, after purchasing, the characters I create using CC4 can be used in my indie games without purchasing additional licenses, right?

Thanks.

The original question in this thread was about videos. For games, licensing is different.

If you are making a commercial game (not free), then you will generally need the Extended License for any applicable content you purchase from the Content Stores. Content included with CC4 does not require any additional licenses. Please see the page below which explains more about this.
