Hi

Is there a way to import custom facial hair meshes (moustache, beard, eyebrows... ) in to CC and have them the facial expressions on CC?

In my case these are solid meshes for stylized characters, the are not hair cards based.

If you want the facial hair to conform to facial movement then it will need to be converted to our "Smart Hair" system. Please see the page below which explains this and the tools/plug-ins that can be used.
