When I got to open or update  an item in the content tab I get this message:
Not allowed to update this Content.
The content does not belong to the current login account.

What does this mean and how can I access/update my props?

Have you purchased any content or software using different accounts?

The error message indicates that you are trying to use content that was not purchased with the same Reallusion Account you are currently logged into.

To avoid problems, the software (iClone 8) and all content you are using should have been purchased using the same Reallusion account.
