Consider it as an educational demo project. If you never played around with rigid physics in iClone it might be a little overwhelming at first.
It's not complete though There is no steering. Wheels rotated manually with axles. But on a flat road it should be bouncing quite well while moving.

Car is moved forward by Y with a RIG (only wheels and support rig would move though). The car itself would start moving at run time when you hit play.
Hope this would give you an idea for the further expansion of the various constrains and rigid objects use.
