I've got a dude in Iclone nice and animated and ready to go, But when I import him into Blender the Sword and Sheath (Which are linked to the Character) Are all messed up and out of place. I've had this problem a lot, but I've worked around it up till now. Once I reposition the Objects they're fine and the Animation works. But is there a way to fix this so the objects import correctly? 75% of original size (was 675x19) - Click to enlarge Everything's fine in Iclone. 75% of original size (was 675x19) - Click to enlarge aNow in Blender the Sword and Sheath are out of place.

Generally you can link them or just send flattened animation as well, but you want to make sure you have reset the scale and translation for each prop/accessory. Resetting scale removes animation and linking, so you want to do that first thing. Doesn't apply here, but another thing to note is that exporting props alone can also result in this, and in that case you want to export them with a character, even if you just remove that character after. This applies even if the prop has nothing to do with a character - say a bus or something.
