After multiple prompts asking if I wanted to upgrade the Hub, I made the mistake of saying "OK". Now the Hub won't open / appear. It has the line under it in the Windows taskbar as though it were open, but the actual window never shows up on screen. Rebooted system. Still won't open. Windows 10. Any ideas? TIA.

Are you using a dual screen? Disable the extended monitor temporarily to see if it returns to normal. If this doesn't help, you may need to contact support. :D

I actually have 3 screens (and there's no end to the problems I have with iClone and CC because of it - e.g., windows not appearing or not positioning themselves correctly; problems I've never experienced with any other application on my system: Unity, Unreal, Blender, etc).
I had unplugged one of the monitors in an attempt to fix the Hub problem. I'll give unplugging 2 a try :-).
Thank you for the response.

Yep! Unplugging my other 2 monitors fixed the problem. Thank you. Once the Hub came up I was able to plug them back in again.
