In the near future, Unreal Engine and several markets will merge under the umbrella of FAB and become a content supply market for more game engines and different software.
If I'm not mistaken, Kitbash will be included in this market.

I you're starting in Blender anyway, you can download a .blend file from the site then export individual .FBX files back into iClone, if necessary.  There are also options for other software, like Unreal or Unity.  There's also an option to download 2k textures instead of 4k ones.  Better to do that, if the buildings are off in the distance or out of focus should DOF be enabled.  Cheers!

Instead of deleting all but one building for export, you can also choose to export a selected item in Blender. I've been using that to separate KitBash3D assets.

You can download this free Neo City from FREE 3D Asset Kit: Neo City – KitBash3D
I downloaded it as an FBX, and imported it into Blender and hit P to separate by material.
You can also hit  P and separate by loose parts. I deleted all but one building, because I don't think
my PC can handle all of the buildings at once. The textures are 4k. I hope you like this free link.
It may have been posted before, but I am telling you my experience with this.
If you don't separate into materials or loose parts, you can only have one texture map.
I used 3DXChange first to separate the buildings, and save as props. But there is only one texture.
That is why you need to use Blender, highlight buildings, go to edit mode, hit P, then hit
separate into materials (about 60 parts) or by loose parts (583 parts).
God Bless.
