I have live face installed on my iphone and connected succesfully to Iclone 8, but when I  push the little icon at the right of the Character and the little square,  under the character list, I can't see my device, it only says none.? and It says no data ?
Can you help ?

Have you installed the "iPhone Live Face Profile for iClone 8" and it is displayed as installed in the Reallusion Hub?

Yes it is installed.
