I've modeled and rigged my own custom character in CC4, However, I cannot find how to attach the clothing to the mesh. Any Help?

You can only apply CC clothing to standard CC characters (CC1, CC3 or CC3+). If your character is Humanoid (Non-Standard) then you can't apply the clothing. For custom Humanoid characters you would normally clothe the characters first before importing into CC4 and rigging them.
