Thanks mate This answer from support Admin 2/9/2023 6:20 PM (UTC) Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Reallusion.
We do not have joint corrective morphs yet, so you may see that kind of bend on joints occasionally.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
Best Regards Rampa Technical Support Reallusion Inc.

You actually can for posing only with Pose Corrective Morphs: https://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost386118.aspx(it is not automated in any way) I even used it a few times for animation. Although honestly it is quite time consuming. First you have to convert morphs you need to iClone morphs. And then manually apply those morphs where needed on the timeline.

I don't think you can. Joints are one of the CC3+ character's weaknesses. Keep in mind though, that you've got her wrists bent to an extreme angle. It's not easy for a real human to bend their wrists that far. I'd re-pose her with more of a lean so as soften the angle of her wrists. Outside of that, you can do some sleight of hand. Keep the camera and the character moving and try not to do any shots that focus on the joints.

You can apply premade hand gestures to your character in the Motions Hands folder. You can also create your own hand gestures using edit motion layer. I hope this helps.
