Hmm , good question , it is based on the Control Rig , so if you add the CR to the Live Link BP , it could work .... will test it .... You know, if it added it in real time as you recorded on Live Link that would be interesting to see, but it needn't do that exactly. As long as you could add it to the recorded animation after the fact that in itself would open up a lot of possibilities for one using LiveLink.. The fact that something is plugin-free makes its engine version-to-version synergy more robust, and more exciting!.

Power IK Plugin in the UE 4 with UE4 it had worked with Live Link. 😀 Ground IK UE5 should actually also work with Live Link. Greetings Robert.

So far I can see that CR Ground IK is not that precise as Power IK , it works different.
btw , this is cool , someone pimped the skeleton and corrective morphs :
