Just purchased and bought Skingen Premium. Had some issues installing and finally when I did the tools themselves do not show up in the content manager. Works fine in CC3. Picture below. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

I have in general had a lot of issues getting plugins and purchased content synced to CC4.
