Hello everyone.
I have watermark issue with only one template in Skingen Premium 4-1 for CC4. (I am only using paid software no trials) The template I am having a problem with is African Male skin and head morph.  When using this template, I get a watermark.  I believe the template is looking for morphs 1000+ . I do not own that and do not want it. and I do have it installed.
Here is the problem. I select the actor any actor. Then select African male skin and head morph and apply it to the actor.  At this point the actor is covered with the reallillusion watermark.  As you know this makes the actor useless. All the other skin and head morphs as well as all the actor templates work fine
Apart from uninstalling and reinstalling I have done the following.

Action taken A1 - Formatted the hard drive (C:) Then scrubbed the drive with security software. 2 - Removed all other hard drives and disconnected external drives,3 - Installed a fresh version of Windows 114 - Nivida driver5 - Installed the Realillusion Hub6 - Installed CC4, IC8 and Skingen Premium (and all the included packs)7 - Selected CC3 base male. Added the Male African.ccAvatarPreset - watermark appeared over actor.8 - One by one tried every Head and skin preset - on other produced a watermark.9 - Repeated step 8 with CC4 Male same result. Watermark appears when African.ccAvatarPreset applied.10 - Repeated with every CC4 included actor male and female. Watermark appears on all actors when African.ccAvatarPreset applied.Action taken BUsing a different computer with a new never used hard drive. Preformed 1 - 10 same results as above.
Action taken C
Was able to reproduce event on two other computers both using licensed software.

Thanks for reading this.

Hi Bob

What happens if you load the actual Male African character rather than the preset as shown below. Does this still give a watermark?

Also do try going to Help > Activate Purchased Items, or if that doesn't help, try Help > Activate Entire Library. This may well resolve the issue.
