The skin gen tools are not visible in the content manager, it appears like I don't have any but they are visible in the file location.

Hi... The SkinGen Plug-in Tools were missing originally when iClone 8 and CC4 were released, but they have now been added via a resource pack. Please visit your Reallusion Account > Registration page using the link below and you will see a link to redeem the resource packs in a blue banner at the top pf the page. https://www.reallusion.com/member/#/en/registration

I already redeemed my plugins and I have Skingen installed, but the tools are missing, like the decals.

Are you clicking "Refresh" in Content Manager. This is to the right of the search box. The pack may not show up until you do that.

I have the same problem. I am a bit confuse. I installed all plugins manually the day Iclone 8 and CC4 were released. Should I remove all of them and reinstall them to get the latest version. When trying to install the skingen tools a few minutes ago, I had a warning that the tools could not be install over an older version but it installed anyway and I can not see the tool even after a content refresh neither restarting the app. Thanks for your help Peter!

For me the SkinGen Tools showed up under the custom tab and I had to move them to the correct folder.
-EDIT- Sorry, I just opened up CC4 and the above isn't correct. So, even though I have "Skingen Premium Plug-in for Character Creator 4" installed, the tools are missing. What I did is take the CC3 version of the tools and dropped them into the custom folder and it seems to work just fine. I tried putting them in the template folder but they won't show up in template tab.
Not sure where the CC4 version installed to, but looking at the RL Hub the version numbers for both SkinGen and Headshot are the same as the CC3 ones.

How did you move them? Also I have refreshed the content manager and nothing has worked.

kasara97 (5/18/2022) How did you move them? Also I have refreshed the content manager and nothing has worked. See the edit to my previous post. I didn't move them inside the program itself. I went to the template and custom folders using Windows File Explorer and moved the CC3 version into the custom folder.
