I am a long-time user, as I have been using the Reallusion programs for many years. Still, there are things that sometimes baffle me. Sometimes, I have even thought, "WTF!" I even do that in my real life, i.e. in other areas not related to any Reallusion programs. But once I step back, take a breather, and evaluate the situation in different perspective, almost always, I see where I went wrong. Then my thinking goes like this, "Stupid me!"
Quite often, I would run into my problems because I was in a hurry. My mind was moving faster than what I really understood. In other words, I wasn't really thinking. Case in point: Just this week, I attempted to load up some content, that I had purchased some time ago. The content loaded, however, it loaded with the Reallusion watermark overlay. I immediately thought, "WTF!" I know that I had purchased the content. It initially baffled me. But after looking into it from a different angle, I realized that my online internet access had dropped. Thus, I was no longer online.
When I attempted to load the content, the program was unable to verify that my content was purchased, i.e. was not a "Trial." After re-establishing my internet connection, I attempted to load the content again. This time, it loaded without the overlay. That was a simple fix...Thank God! The root cause of the problem was my internet connection...not the Reallusion program. And you know what? That isn't the first time that it happened, but it had been a long time since I had seen it.
You may be having a similar problem. You can also refresh the "Smart Galary" to apply any content updates.
Many problems that we run into are simple, easy fixes, once we truly understand what's going on.

jesusisgod888777 (4/2/2022) When a program has been purchased,a program shouldn't prevent you from rendering saying that I need to purchase free trial content from the store How is this fixed?Which content are you trying to render? Is it trial content you downloaded from the Marketplace? Please also post a screenshot of the error message you get so we can see exactly what is happening.
