So those lines are due to the micro normal texture. When you have textures with a lot of patterns it can be pretty difficult to line them up at the seams. You'll notice a lot of those lines abruptly end at the seams because the other texture doesn't match up perfectly. Load any of the default characters and zoom in close and you'll see seams if you look close enough.

If you zoom out to a distance where the character will normally be viewed for your project, can you still see the seams?

Hey
I have seams in Substance Painter. I export/import step by step like in this post 09 - Substance Painter Workflow (New in CC v3.31) (reallusion.com)
This is really weird :( and this is without micro normal texture. Only diffuse, normal, rough, ao, metallic with baked mesh maps opengl

It is clearly a normal maps issue. Does Base character look the same? Did you edit normal maps in some image editor, or did you reload them manually and selected bump instead of normal?
Hard to tell without looking at the product itself. Can you save the skin as Overall and share via some cloud service?

I give up... :(

I understand the frustration!  I've been there a few times myself. Sometimes jumping into another project for a bit and then coming back with fresh eyes helps me. If you're still wanting to solve the issue this community is great about helping people to troubleshoot. I haven't touched Substance in a long time and never took the time to really learn it, but as 4u2ges said, it seems to be a normal map issue. Double check that all the maps are properly assigned in Substance.

If you haven't reached out to support yet, you should see if they can help too.

I only use CC. I'm so closed to solve the problem. When I save project in fbx file and Unreal preset with Unity texture settings all is good in Subtance Painter but... now when I working on base skin template in CC I added some skin normal effects, skin details and have again edges, in CC. I was try flip Y in macro, in bump texture and nothing. How to save the skin as overall?
EDIT/ Same thing in substance. Like head normal or textures are different

You can actually verify whether or not it is a problem with Bump or Base color maps baking.
That is if you turn Micronormal and Bump maps strength to 0 (for arms, body and head), you can see if there is still a problem with seams or not.
If not then it is normal maps problem, if seams are still there then it is base color maps mismatch.

You can actually see which effect creates seams, by turning them OFF one by one in Appearance Editor (if you did not merge them yet).
But I personally never had any problems applying whole of SkinGen normal effects.

And you can save the overall skin in Content by selecting Skin then going to Custom tab, then Skin Custom > Overall and click plus at the bottom.

I think it's no normal map. Here is the overall skin preset https://ufile.io/0nq5z68m
If someone can help me and check this, please download and have a look at it

This is as good as it gets with current version of CC. Indeed if I globally hide all those various normal effects in AE, it gets much better.
Once they are enabled back, the seams become more obvious. But you already know that

https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/4dfb32bd-a0ea-47d3-8de5-c6db.jpg

And it's not just one effect is faulty, mostly those for the face, when stacked up, are causing the issue and the more of them you apply, the more seams become visible.
It's just an imperfection in CC baking multi-layered normal maps.
So not really much you can do about in CC, unless taking out some of the effects at this point and maybe open a ticket in FT.
Hopefully in CC 4 it would get better.

The other way around, is to merge materials. I do not export to "outside" engines, but if you convert it to Game Base for instance (you'd loose polygons though), you can easily patch Normal map seams in Photoshop (because while merging a different UV set is created).
Which is what I did here:

Or may patch normal maps of the original model in Substance Painter itself. Not sure if that is possible though...

Thank you 4u2ges for checking this. You help me a lot.
As you said, this is a problem with multi normal layers in CC. I checked this adding layer by layer and after.... I don't remeber but I guess 5 or 6 layer uv seams go shows up.
So if someone needs only head to own character it's no problem to use multi-layers normals but if you need full body plus your game is third person like my, be careful and check all uv borders.

Thanks so much to all guys for help me and tried to find out the solution.
