When viewing many of the building within the Content Manager, the buildings are full of color. However, once I pull the building into the Workspace it ends up faded and unusable. I have tried to adjust the color contrast, darkness, and even hue; but it doesn't work. Please advise. Thank you, Lorraine 75% of original size (was 669x19) - Click to enlarge

Did you try looking at opacity on the diffuse map. Also, what quality setting are you using. There is High , Medium, Quick Mode, Minimal and Custom. 75% of original size (was 669x19) - Click to enlarge 75% of original size (was 669x19) - Click to enlarge

Also, make sure you don't have 'Fog' turned on in the 'Visual' settings.

Also check if the strength setting for the Diffuse map is at 100%. For some reason, certain content has this set at 80% or so. However, your case looks like a lighting problem, such as blue lighting maybe. Try with neutral lighting.

Another thing, make sure to convert the materials to PBR, as they are Traditional for Sinister's packs (at least they are for the ones I have). After the conversion, which is a one-click operation, make sure that "Use sRGB" is checked. 75% of original size (was 669x19) - Click to enlarge

Thank you so much for your help. My sRGB was at 80 and needed to be at 100.
