Just curious where do you get the Daz resource folder for iClone with the face keys now a days. been away for a while. is this even needed anymore? i found the daz resource folder in public documents/template however no face keys

It is only needed if you plan to create a talk capable non standard avatar via import from 3DXchange. It won't be able to even change clothes. Most people are using the transformer tool in CC3 pipeline to import Daz Genesis figures to have full Iclone functionality.

Thanks I am using transformer from what i can remember you still had to add the face keys in Daz before export. but i could be wrong

No you don't need those face keys for the transformer because actually it shape projects the imported Daz characters morph onto a native Iclone Avatar so you have full facial/lipsync for the characters.
