Nothing special, no plugins, no toon shading. Just straight render out of iClone with no lights. The textures were repainted using simple flat colors in Adobe Animate. I'm sure you could do it with another vector program. But for me, Flash (Adobe Animate) is still king. Amazing what you can do when you stop trying all the fancy stuff and just go back to the basics.
