I have followed all the instructins and loaded the plugin, but when I select the Avatar I get a connection error

anybody any ideas what may be the issue

Hi...

Have you restarted your computer since installing Replica Studio? For "not connecting" issues normally restarting and re-launching both iClone and Replica Studio will resolve the issue.
