Hi Prodos, Looking at your list in the Hub you need to uninstall the Curve Editor and PopcornFX Plugins before reinstalling iClone. Click on the down arrow beside "Open" and select Uninstall. You can leave everything else installed.

Greetings Gerry, Thanks for the clarification! wires (6/3/2021)
Looking at your list in the Hub you need to uninstall the Curve Editor and PopcornFX Plugins before reinstalling iClone. Click on the down arrow beside "Open" and select Uninstall. You can leave everything else installed.Ah! I see what you mean! Even though their buttons were greyed out, when clicked they gave me the option to uninstall them ... which I have now done! And I've left these ones untouched: iClone 3DXchange & Character Creator 3. Many thanks. :)Best Wishes, PRODOS Melbourne, Australia

Greetings All,
An update on trying to get Motion Puppet to work: Still not working.
I uninstalled iClone and uninstalled ALMOST all the plugins.
The one I didn't uninstall was SMART GALLERY.
The reason I didn't uninstall that one was because it didn't appear in my Reallusion Hub. The reason it didn't appear in my Reallusion Hub was because I had the Reallusion Hub's "filter" set to "Purchased". Since Smart Gallery is a freebie ... the Hub didn't list it.
Oblivious to that fact, I then re-installed iClone and found that the Motion Puppet app was still not working.
So ... should I try again? Should I uninstall iClone and **ALL** the plugins and then re-install iClone & the plugins? Is it possible that had I uninstalled the Smart Gallery, and then reinstalled everything again that Motion Puppet would now be working?!
Is Smart Gallery in any way connected to the Motion Puppet app? I don't know. Does anyone know?
I suppose I'll have to just try it and find out.
What a drag. What an incredible drain of time.
Any further thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
:(
Thanks. Best Wishes, PRODOS Melbourne, Australia

Greetings. In the instructions REALLUSION SUPPORT gave me, one of the steps was: Find this directory: C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Temp Delete this folder: iClone7Temp if it is there. I've just (once again!) uninstalled iClone.
When I go to: C:\Users\Asus\AppData\Local\Temp
... in my computer, I don't see an "iClone7Temp" folder.
But ... I do see a folder called "ReallusionTemp".
Should I delete this folder before continuing? Note: I do also have Cartoon Animator (CTA) installed, so I'm concerned about possibly breaking my CTA program.
Any thoughts from those who know more than I do? (Which is just about everyone!)
Thank you.

Greetings All,
Update trying to fix MOTION PUPPET.
Just finished going through the whole iClone (and iClone plugins) uninstall/re-install process.
MOTION PUPPET still not working.
What could possibly be the problem?
Any further suggestions sure would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Greetings All,
Update: My iClone Motion Puppet is working again!
What was the problem?
Reallusion Support figured out that the problem had to do with there being a "dot" in the custom file path I specified when installing, re-installing, re-re-re-installing, re-re-re-re-re-(etc)-installing iClone.
The file path I was using was:
D:\websites\prodoscope.com\Reallusion-iClone\
It's that dot in ".com" that was tripping up iClone's Motion Puppet configuration.
Once I re-re-re-re-re-re-(etc)-installed iClone -- but this time specified a a file path which included no "dots" -- everything worked fine!
Many thanks to everyone who jumped in and tried to help.
Much appreciated!
:)
