Hi I am trying to upload some props to the marketplace but am having some trouble getting the pics to upload. I got the thumbnails to work but can't seem to get headers or extra images of my content to upload. I set the image size to what i am supposed to but it keeps telling me its wrong. Not sure what I am doing incorrectly. Here is a tree prop I just uploaded  TREE 003 - Cartoon Animator/scene - Reallusion Marketplace

Check the naming of the images is not the problem. Do not have any spaces in the filename, use short names like header.jpg, Also check the file extension is .jpg not jpeg. Do not use formats like TGA, TIF etc.

If you still have problems try re-saving the images in different image editor than originally used in case there is a problem with the image files themselves.
