1. Sign in 2. Go to Download 3. Select software (Unreal) and Op System (windows) 4 You will get the Download link ... 5. Go to pricing PLE and tick request.... After you get your requested license key , you have to add it with the first start of UE4 crowds :  no costs for stupid newbies like us......if you make big money with 3D you have to pay :D

Bassline, you have to download that Toolchef License Server? This is so confusing, I feel like I am going crazy. I downloaded that RLM License server and installed, but it seems to do nothing. And I tried 3 different browsers and none pop up any link when I set as Windows and Unreal...what am I missing here

No need to download License server ... deinstall it. Did you tick refresh? Here is my screen ... at the bottom you get the links... Maybe you have to request the license first ...do step No. 5 from above....

Thanks Bassline. I am able to get the PLE licenses. But for some reason, I think the site might be bumpy right now, it does not list the plugins available for download like the tutorials say will happen. They basically say what you said, you download plugin and then install your license key. Just when I vie wth site they don't havethem listed for download. What's even more bizarre is I can't even log out of my account. When I try to it gets a 403 permissions error. So, I remain logged in. Also, when I contact the help to submit a help request, it makes you type in a Captcha. I type it in perfect and itgives an error that makes no sense, something like "Line 0 is not available". Just a weird experience, I think the site is wonky right now.

1. Anmelden (egal welche Email du benutzt) 2. Gehe zu pricing und dann PLE (personal learning edition) und klicke request. 3. Gehe zu download , wähle Unreal und Windows aus . akzeptiere und klick refresh.  Keine Kosten , da Lern Edition ... 4 .Wenn herunter geladen (2.3GB) , in dein UE4 Project / Plugins 5. Beim ersten Start von Unreal Crowds den "Requested" Code von Nr.02 einsetzen.

Does anyone know how to prevent CC3 from spreading out overlapping UVs when I export with InstaLOD and Merge Material (UV)>All? The hair mesh I have takes half the damn UV space! Here is what it looks like as item before the export, and this is how it exports it in the end:   The weird thing is that I have a fur cloak that I made that also has overlapping UVs and that exports fine! :S Please heeeeelpppp :)
