That's "CC3 Adam's" Pants & Longsleeve - I just used the Appearance Editor (AE) to change the materials to Cordovan/Crocodile Leather and added the CC3-AE-included "Totem Pattern" as a Decal. Shoes are the CC3-Default "Punk Boots", the belt is the CC3-Default "Punk Belt".
