Hi, I just bought CTA 4,  and went to try motion capture. I open Face3d Tracker and Motion LIVE 3D plugin, setup all as in video tutorial, and in preview it seems to work fine (except it mistakes my beard for open mouth, lol). But wehn i press record it starts but there is no movement anymore. When I stop recording it shows like it recorded for some time, but nothing was recorded. Anyone had this issue, and how to solve it. Thank you. 

Actually what happens is that it captures some frame here an there, but it is not smooth like in preview. I have strong computer and this shouldn't be the problem. All drivers updated, etc.

I have been battling with this problem for over twelve months without success. Issue has been raised with support, several times and I am currently awaiting reply.  Hot fixes have been provided but don't work. .After reading several reports about crashing and processes not working  in CTA4 and in particular, the length of time these sorts of issues have been raised I am starting to have reservations about the expertise to fix the problems. I don't recall seeing one reply, that this prevalent problem has been fixed. Raise your issues with support and good luck with your efforts. If you do get a proper fix, post a reply.

Hi, I just got the program due to motionlive would eliminate most of my work flow and make it super easy.
But I too have issues, I can preview and use the Face3d for head and it works good. But when I activate body it just stopped working, preview doesn't run and nothing happens.
I've reinstalled it about 3 times, motionlive, face3d tracker and cartoon animator all together. Nothing seems to work.
