gordryd That's what confusing me too, why is it looking for those files on two different drives. I'm suspecting something not being deleted during uninstalls. I don't even have D drive.
This is exactly the problem. I had this issue before and I reported it to Miranda.
I installed the trial version before getting the full version... and found out that the uninstall does not remove all the trial files completely.
To fix this, find the folder you installed the trial in windows explorer... and manually delete everything in it.
After that, you can install from the hub and everything will work fine.
Somehow some stuff gets left behind after you run the trial uninstall and it messes up future installations.
