We recently entered a 48Hr Global Film Challenge. We only had 48hrs to complete a film from start to finish. Our film "Leave a Light On" used iClone for character animation and Unreal to render. I used CC3 for the base mesh and did some quick Zbrush sculpts to give the actors a certain look. I also used CC3 hair, clothing from Kids and Teens on Campus, as well as the Professional Outfits and Pixtim's Toon Car made a guest appearance! After the local judging round, it looks like we won 1st place for the city of Houston, TX. Wooowhoo!!!! As a one person animation team I couldn't have done that with any other software in 48hrs! Also proud to say our team was the only animated film out of all the finalists from around the world. Reallusion strikes again!
We now move onto the US regional round. We are lumped in the ultra competitive West Region, along with Austin, California, New Mexico and Seattle. Please give us a vote! You have to register and login at
https://cinema48.com/voting. Look for the West Region and "Leave a Light On - Houston, TX" All voteds need to be in by midnight June 22nd US eastern The film is a little rough around the edges, but that 48hrs is a killer! Thanks in advance!!!
