Thanks for the feedback. It would seem to be a bug so I have passed this to the dev team to check. I will update again when I know more.

Hi,
Any thoughts on this issue? I'd like to know if there's a workaround or if this is intended behavior. If it's by design, I'll go ahead and tweak my workflow.

Hi,
I'm working on converting some of my FBX clothing meshes as custom clothing items in Character Creator 3. One very useful functionality is the Edit Mesh and the ability to Hide Faces. this allows me to remove parts of the clothing mesh that I do not want visible on my character. Unfortunately, the faces that i have marked as hidden do not get saved when I save my clothing item. When I load it onto a new (or even the same character), the hidden faces reappear … which means I have to mark them to be hidden once again manually.
Is this a bug or intended behavior? Is there a way to actually save the Hide Faces data on a costume so it doesn't have to be redone each time the clothing item is applied?
thanks for your help,
