Hi,

I am creating a video where I need to keep my Character to the left of video, I am able to move the Character with no problem but when I play the video the Character keeps moving back to the middle of the screen, is there a way of locking the Character in place?

Thanks

All you need to do is ensure you position your character at Frame 1 of the project. If you move your character at any frame other than 1 you will be setting transform keys and the character will move position. Try starting a new project, load your character, and then position the character on the left side ensuring you do this at Frame 1 of the project. Then when you play the project the character will stay on the left side.

Ok I will try that, if Reallusion could create a locking option on the next update it would be very helpful Thanks, + How can I have a transparent background in crazy talk 8? I have some other video software that I would like to use for a project but I need a transparent background.

Thanks

Just remove the background from the character image first. I like to do this in Photoshop (or any other image editor will do) and then save it in a format that preserves a transparent background like PNG. You can also do this within CrazyTalk 8 itself (see below) but you may find it easier and more precise in an image editor.

http://manual.reallusion.com/CrazyTalk_8/ENU/Default.htm#Resources/CT8/04_Talking_Image/Creating_a_Face_From_a_Photo/Editing_the_Background_Mask.htm

Then export as Sequence Image PNG format if you are using Windows or use the ProRes 4444 codec if you are using the Mac version.
