Just tried to export an animation from iClone 7 and had the most bizarre result! For lack of a better term, I'll call it a "reverse silohuette". The animation I was exporting, in mp4 format, was of a G5 character dancing. with nothing else in the scene. What arrived in my computer's video folder was a completely 2 dimensional version of the animation, with the character solid white, and the "background" solid black! I didn't even know that such a thing could be made in iClone, and would actually have thought it was kinda cool, if I had been trying to make it like that. The iClone project looks perfectly normal. What on Earth is going on with the export?

It looks like you have inadvertently checked the option "Export alpha video only" in the Render -> Format settings panel.
