I installed Windows 10 and hoped for better performance on my slow laptop. All drivers is updated but 2.01 is almost unusable. 2.0 worked somewhat without too much lag. Also, I tried the non PBR base models. What is it that makes 2.01 so slow comparing to 2.0? If Im not going to be able to use 2.01 on this laptop, my workflow would be export as FBX > 3DX > iClone, instead of using the "send to iClone". iClone 7 works actually very nice on this lowend laptop :)  Hope there will be a performance patch soon.

My spec is:
Acer Aspire V551
5GB ram
1.06ghz AMD CPU
HD7600 dual dedicated 1GB vram GPU

To be honest I'm surprised you were able to run Character Creator 2.0 on that laptop. It really is too underpowered to run Character Creator if it only has 1.6ghz CPU and an old 1GB GPU.

One thing to check is if your computer has switchable graphics (both Intel and AMD). If it does, do ensure you are running CC with the more powerful graphics card (AMD). Do not choose the Intel graphics option. You can normally do this by right clicking the CC desktop icon and choosing "Run With Graphics Processor".

For more information on switchable graphics please check out the link below. This contains additional instructions on how to select the right graphics card option.

Overall though you really need to upgrade your computer if you are going to get the best out of iClone 7 and Character Creator 2.

Yes, its a real crap laptop. I cant wait to get the new workstation which I think I will go for 1080 8GB SLI, 4.4ghz and 16GB ram. Im reinstalling 2.0 now and let the 2.01 be, to see if it fixes it.

If you mean by 1080 8GB SLI getting two cards in SLI configuration, be aware that that doesn't currently do much for iClone. You are better of increasing your RAM to 32 GB.
