The YouTube user you linked to has a video with a link to download free 'Modular Ruins'.

I was interested until I realized that they were identical to the Modular Ruins sold at DAZ ($34.95) and created by the vendor 'Stonemason'.

I'd be surprised if they are the same person but who knows?  I wouldn't want to make false accusations.
