Job,

I've downloaded both your Terrain and the Pinhead Avatar - very nicely done by the way - and done a few tests.

First the cloth tearing:

Christian:

Mason:

The tearing is only visible on the CC clothing.

Something else that I noticed during testing is that if a CC avatar is added to your Terrain by double clicking, and not drag & drop, the pose is totally weird,

This doesn't happen if I use one of the default iClone Terrains, they all stand on the Terrain in their correct default poses.

Also, it doesn't matter if I add your Terrain, or an iClone default Terrain to a blank Project - the Physics setting message pops up in all cases.

After reading this post by Postfrosch, I took another look at your Terrain.

When I added Christian by double clicking he came in with his knees bent. As soon as I changed the Height Scale from 5 to 4 he assumed a perfect T-Pose standing on the Grid.

The surprising thing here is that when he straightens his legs there are no holes in the cloth. If I drag & drop him into the scene and then change the Height Scale the cloth holes remain.

Thanks, Gerry, for testing. In the issues' thread several others have been able to reproduce the problem, so we can safely say that there is an issue with CC characters and terrains. In fact, UrbanLamb reported it already for 6.2, but I missed that...

not many issues hurt my brain but this one does ... it makes no sense to me and thus the problem goes spinning around in the cobwebs of my mind :(
