How auto animation keyframe creation off ? It is so inconvenience.

I suspect vosomi is referring to "auto-keyframing" that occurs when you move or adjust something.
The ability turn off auto-keyframing has been often requested (and debated), but for now there is nothing you can do about it.
a) Eventually get used to it, and learn to move the timeline scrubber back to Time=0 when relocating your props. b) Right-click on props (when they're where you want them) and select, "Remove all animation"
After it happens about a thousand times, you start to remember. It really annoyed me, too, at first, but I can also see where I would hate to spend time adjusting a prop or avatar, and then forget to make a keyframe. That would waste more time and be more annoying. At least unwanted keyframes are pretty easy to delete.
