A few personal attacks occured between participants and others are best keeping out of it.
If someone is doing something you find questionable, the best approach is to alert the company involved, in this case Reallusion, not post it on a public forum.
We are not software police.
I agree that personal attacks should be left out of it
but I disagree that we are not software police.
Every area of the forum where we post about software bugs, wishes, disappointments etc automatically makes us software police.
Yes it's Okay to ruffle Reallusion's feathers when we rake them over the coals for releasing software sold that falls short of the mark in their advertizing hype but it's not Okay to mention or warn fellow users about possible dodgy content being offered for sale.
I also agree that all the content makers are great people and having internal squabbles comes with the turf in keeping the game on the up and up.
Unfortunately every interpretation of what is permisable to use/adapt is open to the individual planning to adapt content.
Turning a blind eye is an injustice to fellow forum users.
Reallusion is not infallible and they may occasionally render incorrect judgement on content.
Healthy non attacking dialogue raising concerns in the grey areas should always be welcomed and promoted.
